Never made popcorn on the stovetop before? It's brilliantly simple: Preheat 2 Tbsp of oil in a skillet or pan. Add 4 kernels of corn and when they have fully popped, add 1/2 cup uncooked kernels. Cover, shaking pan frequently and taking care not to let kernels burn. When popping slows, let steam escape and remove pan from heat.
