They're fun and easy to make on the stovetop or with an air popper, and the special Paloma Blanca kernels pop into fluffy white morsels called "palomitas"--"little doves" in Spanish.
Never made popcorn on the stovetop before? It's brilliantly simple: Preheat 2 Tbsp of oil in a skillet or pan. Add 4 kernels of corn and when they have fully popped, add 1/2 cup uncooked kernels. Cover, shaking pan frequently and taking care not to let kernels burn. When popping slows, let steam escape and remove pan from heat.
Douse in your favorite toppings--think butter, olive oil, caramel sauce, truffle salt, spicy seasonings--and enjoy!
