Will a branded gift page still feel like a gift?
Yes. You’ll surprise them in their inbox with a link to a customized gift page created by you. Their gift will arrive in our beautiful packaging and include a gift card with their name and your message. The gift is treated just like any other Knack gift and has all the same gift customization features that give it your personal touch and make it feel special.
How can I customize this gift?
There are so many ways to help your gift stand out! You can customize the gift card by writing a thoughtful message and uploading a personal photo or choosing an occasion stamp (Thank You, Congratulations, etc.). You'll also have the opportunity to record a video message that will be delivered with your gift via a link to a unique web page. Each Knack gift comes with it's own web page where video messages can be retrieved, you can send a thank you note, and learn more about all the products in your gift and the brands who made them.
Can my gift be shipped to an international address?
No. At this time, orders placed on our website can only be shipped to a U.S. address.
Will the recipient pay for shipping?
No. Shipping and handling is included in the cost of the gift collection you selected for your branded page.
Will I be able to track their gift when it ships?
In your account, you can track your recipients' progress to see if they have redeemed a gift and send friendly reminders if they haven't selected a gift yet. Since your recipient actually enters their own shipping information, they'll receive the FedEx tracking details.
Can I cancel my gift invitation?
Unfortunately, no, you can't cancel once the email invitation has been sent to the recipient. All sales are final. Once you purchase, your recipient has 30 days to choose a gift they'll love.
When will the gift ship?
The gift recipient has 30 days to redeem their gift, so the shipment of the physical gift depends on when they redeem. Our normal order processing time is 3 business days.
Oops! I entered the wrong email address. What should I do?
Fortunately, you'll also get a copy of the gift invitation via email. So, if for some reason, you realize that you've entered the wrong email address when you purchased, you'll be able to forward the digital gift link to the correct email address yourself. Be extra careful with forwards, because only one gift can be redeemed per link.
Can I use a discount code?
Of course! As long as your order value meets the requirements of the promotional offer, you're good to go.
Will the gift recipient know how much I spent on their gift?
No. When they select their gift, all prices are "hidden" to keep everything discreet.
How quickly will the gift recipient receive their gift?
Once checkout is complete, the gift invitation is sent on the date you designate in the form of an email to the gift recipient. The recipient has 30 days to redeem their gift.
What if my recipient doesn't choose a gift?
We work hard to help your recipient select a gift by sending a series of reminder emails. If your recipient hasn't chosen a gift, we'll send them a message after three, seven, and then 30 days. We'll also send a copy of the gift invitation to you, so you can forward it to them yourself in case you suspect they're not opening our emails."
How many gifts should I include in my branded gift page?
Include just one gift if you'd like all of your visitors to have the same experience. Include 2 to 4 gifts if you'd like to offer your guests a selection that you've personally curated for them. Our research shows that 3-4 gifts is the sweet spot — it demonstrates your personal touch while still offering a choice to the recipient. Click on "Select All" to include all gifts in the collection if your goal is to offer the widest possible set of choices to your guests.
What happens if one or more of my gifts goes out of stock?
Your guests will always have at least one gift available at all times. If all of the gifts you've selected go out of stock, we will automatically display all of the gifts available in your price range so that your recipient will have a choice of gift. The more gifts you include in your program, the less likely it is that this situation will occur. For ongoing gifting needs where you plan to invite additional guests over a long period of time, we recommend that you periodically review the gifts in your program to take advantage of seasonal refreshes. To review and update the gifts in your program, open your Account page and select View My Programs, then click on UPDATE GIFTS.
How much can I customize?
With a branded gift page, you're able to:
- Select the gifts you’d like to offer your guests. Pick one or as many as you would like
- Customize the welcome text on your page
- Customize the background and text colors of your welcome banner
- Select from a collection of free images or upload your own image or video to your welcome banner
- Add content in various formats, including images, videos, links and downloadable PDFs
- Customize the message card and record a video message that your guest can view after they receive the gift
Can I create a branded gift page in mobile and desktop?
Yes! Your gift page can be designed, viewed, and redeemed on any device.
What if I don't want to customize a page?
You can use our default Knest settings without customizing.
How long will it take to set up my branded gift page?
We've made it easy to use and quick to set up. Setup should take 5-10 minutes for a simple setup but might be longer if you want to record video messages and upload photos. You can also save your page while you are working on it if you're not ready to send out invitations.
Can I invite recipients at any time?
Yes! You can invite additional recipients at any time by opening your account page and clicking View My Programs in the left-hand menu. This will allow you to view and edit all of the pages you've created. To invite additional recipients, simply select ADD INVITATIONS for the program you'd like to invite them to.
Can I add a video to my branded gift page?
Yes. You can upload a video to your page on both desktop and mobile. From your mobile device, you can also create a video from your gift page.
